Kayla Gorchels is a sophomore at Union High School. You are likely to find her out running on any given day, or at the gym. Besides sports, she enjoys being around animals of any type, but she has a real liking for birds, specifically chickens - her favorite thing of all is to take her chickens on walks around her yard and snuggle them as they sit in a tree. She also has 2 pet goldfish who devour any amount of food in less than 2 seconds. She has been a foster parent for over 20 cats and kittens. Her favorite food is sushi, especially the avocado roll.
